Bailers, bungs, and sockets are made to help in the short term repair of boats, for example when the hull has sprung a leak, or as a countermeasure to ease the process of emptying water out of a boat once ashore. Bailers are very useful in scooping up and throwing excess water accumulated onboard off the boat helping to maintain speed and buoyancy. Plugs or bungs are a great way to fix a hole quickly in an emergency or as a temporary fix. We stock a variety of bungs made from wood and nylon, our bailers come in nylon, with aluminium guards, and floating varieties. Our drain plugs or bungs and sockets are often made out of stainless steel or rubberised plastic.
