Exposure OLAS Float-On Torch w/ MOB Technology

A waterproof, floating pocket torch and Overboard Location Alert System (OLAS) transmitter. The multi-functional safety aid contains a unique integration of Exposure's MOB technology and OLAS connectivity in one product. The combination of the alarm and a high power strobe help to ensure the MOB can be seen throughout the rescue.

The float on torch is tracked by the OLAS application, whilst on board from the mobile device or via the Core, Guardian and Extender.

OLAS creates virtual tethers to the crew. Within two seconds of a tag losing connection with an OLAS receiver, the crew will be alerted by the OLAS alarm and light, whilst the OLAS MOB rescue screen is activated on the OLAS mobile application. The mobile phone(s) will sound a loud alarm, making the crew aware that someone is overboard.

OLAS then aids the crew with the man overboard recovery, clearly directing them to the GPS location where the MOB occurred with clear visual signals and bearing data. All the location data and the time of incident required by rescue services is stored.
