If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange the item, issue a credit note or refund your purchase in full (excluding carriage) provided that the item is returned within 14 days, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Packaging must also be in the same condition as you receive it in.
Due to the outbreak of coronavirus, we understand that depending on your location, it may not be as easy to get to your boat. Because of this, we've extended our returns period. Any purchases made between now and 30th June can be returned until the 31st July. This excludes goods of a medical nature, including the Dentanurse Emergency Dental Kit.

Goods ordered incorrectly
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly, you will pay the return postage costs.
If you would like us to replace the goods we will charge you carriage on the replacement.
If you do not want a replacement we will issue you with gift vouchers to use on our online store or in our shop at a future date to the value of the goods returned, excluding postage.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please always check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge. Occasionally we will have to ask our supplier to test and confirm a product is faulty prior to us issuing a refund.
