If I place an order now, when will it arrive?
Our standard delivery method is tracked, next working day delivery with a one hour timeslot that you can change if you wish. This is subject to stock availability and delivery location on orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). You can find out more information on our ‘Delivery Information’ page.
Can I click and collect?
We operate a free of charge collection service from our Rochester store. All products available for click and collect will have a green tick under ‘Add To Cart’.
Where are you located?
Our 6,000 square ft store is conveniently located near the M25, A2, M2 & M20. You’ll find us on Medway City Estate in Rochester, Kent (ME2 4JF).
What are your opening hours?
Monday – Saturday: 9am-5pm
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, we do! Our shipping rates can be found here.
How can I return my order?
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange the item, issue a credit note or refund your purchase in full (excluding carriage) provided that the item is returned within 14 days, unused and in its original condition and packaging.
