Every day we get asked hundreds of questions, some more frequent than others. Below are our most frequently asked questions.

If I place an order now, when will it arrive?

Our standard delivery method is tracked, next working day delivery with a one hour timeslot that you can change if you wish. This is subject to stock availability and delivery location on orders placed by 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). You can find out more information on our ‘Delivery Information’ page.

Can I click and collect?

We operate a free of charge collection service from our Rochester store. All products available for click and collect will have a green tick under ‘Add To Cart’.

Where are you located?

We have two stores! A 6,000 square ft megastore located on Medway City Estate (ME2 4JF) and a smaller outlet store located within Gillingham Marina (ME7 1UB).

What are your opening hours?

Medway City Estate: Monday – Saturday: 9am-5pm, Sunday: 9:30am-1:30pm.
Gillingham: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 10am-4pm.

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, we do! Our shipping rates can be found here.

How do I make changes to an order I have already placed?

We often provide a same day shipping service, so if you do place an order incorrectly, the best way to get in contact with us is via email, telephone or live chat.

How do I know that the product I am ordering will be the right size?

Where relevant, we’ve added size charts and dimensions to our products. If you have any further questions regarding a certain product, we have an ‘Ask A Question’ plug-in on every product. You can alternatively contact us.

How can I return my order?

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange the item, issue a credit note or refund your purchase in full (excluding carriage) provided that the item is returned within 90 days, unused and in its original condition and packaging.
