Garmin's Fantom 18" and 24" dome radars not only look great, but offer incredible power too, with a range of 20 feet to 48 nautical miles, even in fog or rain. Plus, the Garmin radars deliver up to 60 RPM rotation speed for a refresh rate that can detect movement at any speed.

High-resolution images and high antenna gain help to pick out any targets at a distance, whilst 8-bit true colour imagery enhances target separation. GMR Fantom has MotionScope technology that uses the Doppler effect to detect moving targets and highlight them in different colours, enabling you to navigate around other boats or severe weather - or alternatively toward fishing spots where birds feed at the surface.

Garmin have designed the GMR Fantom boat radar to be as easy to use as possible. The radars do not have any complex user settings to deal with, so they're easy to install and start using. They're also easy on your batteries too - a power save feature lets you choose when you need more power or less, so you have power when you need it and conserve it when you don't. Furthermore, with timed transmit mode, you can specify active and inactive times down to the second to help reduce power consumption, enabling you to stay on the water longer than ever.

VRM and EBL: Variable range markers and electronic bearing lines allow rapid measurements of distance and bearing to vessels and land.
