11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. SMS and Email Abandoned Cart Communications
If you provide your email address or mobile phone number during checkout, account registration, or sign-up forms and give your consent, we may use this information to send you reminder messages about items left in your shopping cart (“abandoned cart messages”).
These communications may be sent by email or SMS using Klaviyo, a third-party marketing automation platform, and may include details about your incomplete order and, where applicable, promotional content.

Third-Party Marketing & Data Processing (Klaviyo)
We share certain personal information, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, order history, and browsing behaviour, with Klaviyo Inc. for the purpose of providing email and SMS marketing services on our behalf, including abandoned cart reminders and promotional communications.
Klaviyo acts as a data processor and processes personal data in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection laws. We have a data processing agreement in place with Klaviyo to ensure your personal information is handled securely and lawfully.
