Raymarine's EV-300 system is designed for use on boats with solenoid-controlled electro-hydraulic steering systems. Included in the kit is an ACU-300 actuator control which interacts directly with the boat's steering gear solenoids, delivering accurate and reliable autopilot steering.
The Raymarine autopilot includes the EV-1 sensor core, which is an intelligent 9-axis heading sensor that uses aerospace guidance technology to adapt and evolve to changing sea conditions and vessel dynamics. Furthermore, the autopilot also works with Raymarine and 3rd party constant running hydraulic drive units.Â
