Seajet 117 Epoxy Primer

A quick drying primer that works great both above and below the waterline. The epoxy primer offers long term durability and osmosis protection for fibreglass, steel and aluminium. You can apply the primer via an airless spray, brush or roller. When applying the primer, make sure the air temperature is above 5C, and you then apply antifouling within 48 hours if you wish to do so.

How can Seajet's 117 Epoxy Primer be applied?

The primer can be applied via airless spray, brush or roller. 2-4 coats are recommended.

How long should I wait in-between coats?

5C – 24 hours, 10C – 18 hours, 20C – 10 hours, 30C – 8 hours.

How long does 117 take to become touch dry?

5C – 3 hours, 10C – 2 hours, 20C – 1.5 hours, 30C – 45 minutes.

What is Seajet 117's coverage?

Approximately 8.5 metres square per litre.

At what temperature can 117 Epoxy Primer be applied?

The substance must be applied at a temperature no lower than 5C.

How long should I wait to apply antifouling?

You must apply antifouling within 48 hours.
