This hammar hydrostatic lifejacket delivers 170N buoyancy in a compact, lightweight, and soft design, finished with a striking, durable ripstop fabric. Deckvest VITO AFS features a Hammar hydrostatic automatic inflation system and an Advanced Flotation System (AFS) that positions buoyancy where it is most effective, improving rotation, freeboard, and, crucially, stability in the water. The very low-profile bladder shape enhances manoeuvrability while remaining smaller and less bulky than traditional 2D welded life jackets.
Designed with the latest Deckvest 6D button fastening, the adult life jacket offers a structured fit for easy donning, with simple, fine-tune adjustable buckles to accommodate varying layers of clothing. Safety is further enhanced with a Harness Release System (HRS), wider 40mm leg strap with integrated stowage, and a structured sprayhood to reduce the risk of secondary drowning.
Spinlock have used highly visible pink and yellow materials for the sprayhood - two colours proven to enhance long-range visibility in difficult conditions. There is also a Pylon Lifejacket Light, and Lume-On bladder illumination lights. Furthermore, the life jacket includes central attachment loops for remote steering or MOB alert devices, is PLB-fitting approved, and features a toggle attachment point for an optional Deckvest Chest Pack.
