Starbrite One Step Teak Cleaner & Brightener 1L

This teak cleaner from Starbrite is specially formulated to transform old grey and black stained teak in one, simple step. The boat cleaner saves time and effort preparing teak for oiling by removing dirt, grime and oil for teak. The biodegradable formula contains no dangerous acids and is phosphate-free. Ideal for all teak and fine woods. Combines Starbrite Step 1 Premium Teak Cleaner and Starbrite Step 2 Premium Teak Brightener.

Directions For Use:

For badly weathered grey or black teak:
1. Apply the formula directly to dry wood.
2. Use a stiff bristle cleaning brush or Starbrite Medium Scrub Pad to spread the product evenly.
3. Allow the formula to remain on the surface for approximately two to three minutes before scrubbing.
4. Scrub in the direction of wood grain to ensure deep cleaning before thoroughly rinsing the wood with fresh water.
5. Severely dirty or stained wood may require a second application.

For lightly weathered teak:
1. Wet wood with fresh water.
2. Apply teak cleaner and brightener using a bristle brush or medium scrub pad to spread evenly over the surface that's to be treated.
3. Scrub lightly to remove dirt and stains.
4. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
5. After cleaning the wood, apply Starbrite Premium Golden Teak Oil to enhance the natural wood colour to preserve and protect the restored wood.
6. Rinse off spills and drips onto surfaces not being treated. Avoid contact with fabrics.
