Electric Bilge Pumps:

Electric Bilge Pumps are powered by the boat's on board circuitry, either automatically or non-automatically. An automatic bilge pump can monitor the water levels in the bilge independently and pump bilge water out on its own. While a non-automatic bilge pump requires a control panel to run, though they can operate alongside sensors that provide a warning alarm on the panel switch.

Manual Bilge Pumps:

Manual bilge pumps require no electrical circuitry. Instead, manual bilge pumps are operated by hand, typically through use of a handle. Idle as backups for an emergency should you lose power while out on the water.
