New for 2026, this fourth generation electric outboard revolutionizes the experience for dinghies and day cruisers, providing silent, eco-friendly power from an outboard that weighs just 20.6kg. Spirit 2 contains hydrogeneration technology which allows the battery to recharge while under sail, maximising battery value, and optimising space for adventures. Hydrogeneration operates effectively between 3 knots and 16 knots, generating approximately 380W of power at 10 knots, up to 1.5kW at 16 knots.
The 2kW battery-integrated electric outboard includes a 3kW sport mode, which further enhances performance when required. Thanks to an updated hydrodynamic design, propeller vibration is minimized for a smoother ride. Spirit 2 has an increased battery capacity of 1539Wh (up from 1276Wh) so you can enjoy longer journeys (up to 21 km) on a single charge. Speaking of charge, Spirit 2 electric outboard motor is equipped with a Type-C port that can charge your mobile device up to 100 times without the need for a wall plug, making it perfect for extended adventures. The port can also power fishfinders and lights, making it perfect for anglers.
Setup is hassle free with a cable-free battery installation, which is complemented by an indicator for convenient battery monitoring. ePropulsion have also made it easy to check the status of the battery without connecting it to the outboard. Spirit 2's detachable clamp makes it easy to fit and remove the motor from the boat, while the 90 degree foldable tiller can also serve as a carrying handle, ensuring transport is simple and efficient. The tiller has 4 locking positions and can be extended by 13.5cm, allowing for adjustable handing which enhances comfort and control during use.
