Multiflex's EDGE Control Cables are super flexible with low friction sheath and steel conduit. The cable has a 1.9mm steel core with a swaged, coiled steel surround which is covered by a flexible plastic coating.
EDGE cables have a maximum bend radius of just 4 inches, with the low friction sheath maintaining smooth use even when under tension. There is an optimum gap between the inner core and conduit that minimises backlash, whilst the low friction sheath ensures a reliable smoothness of use, even under tension.
