Furthermore, when you get to land, the portable outboard motor is light enough (only 5kg!) to be transported anywhere in its protective carry case, without taking up too much space. However, this lack of weight doesn't correlate to a lack of power; Temo Electric Outboard has a powerful 450W motor, equivalent to a 2hp petrol outboard engine, which is more than enough for all your daily dinghy transfers.

When you've used the 80 minutes of range (at cruising speed) provided, recharging the electric outboard engine is simple - there's no removing batteries, just simply plug the engine into a 220V or 12V socket.
